Hey, let me ask you a quick question.

How often, how many times do you take a minute to just celebrate, celebrate what you got

going on, celebrate that you woke up on the right side of the ground today, celebrate

that you have enough money to put food on the table, celebrate you go walk outside, see

the green trees to grass and just enjoy life and really be present in that moment.

I mean, how many times do we just staring at a computer, staring at our phones?

My God, how many times do you see that people walking around?

I almost got bumped into three separate times yesterday, people walking down the street

or in a store in the grocery store texting or staring at their phone and then literally

I go, hey, whoa, that's what I say now.

I just go, whoa, because they're like, oh, jeez, sorry, I look up, man, there's so much

going on around.

Why don't you, you know, staring at a seven inch screen, what do you do?

Just walk around the rest of your life like that, staring at a seven inch screen and wake

up, look up and joy, celebrate what you got going on.

I mean, I think everybody would be a hell of a lot more happier if I actually looked around

and saw all the beautiful things you got going on, am I right about that?

So take a moment, man, take a moment, get off the phone, walk around, go through nature,

spend a couple hours outside.
