Level up your game level up the people that you're spending time with you know last week

We talked a lot while we talked about on one podcast the power of a mastermind group

And if you're the smartest person in your group, it's time to find a new group

You know there was a there was a day where I actually enjoyed at least thinking I was all I'm the most successful one in this group

I love being able to give advice until I realized I wasn't growing at all

All I was doing was giving away advice and I was not the one growing

You know and it and it really just hit me that hey, I got to find a new group because I'm not getting better

And so now I make sure when I join a group. I ain't the smartest one. I ain't the richest one

I'm not the most successful one because there's only one place for me to go right and that's up and you can always

Level up look. It's a good ego stroke to join a group where everybody like you know

Thanks, you're awesome, and you got all the answers, but it's doing absolutely nothing for you unless you're running a group

Then it's okay, but then you're even more of a facilitator like you're the fish your facilitating great engagement and conversation

And I promise you even with that you still need to smartest one of the group all right

There's always somebody smarter and I love that long long God is the ego now. It's all about how much wisdom can I soak up?
