Thank you so much for being with us. Really appreciate you being here. Now over the

last 10 years of JoinUp Dots, I've had oodles of people that have come on the

show. I've had millions of people. It seems like millions probably isn't of

people that have connected with me, and we've worked with each other, and they've

been inspired to do things. I don't know the figures, but I would say a lot of the

guests that have been on the show. If I go back and investigate them now, they've

stopped doing it. I always wondered why you stopped doing something that you

started. You've got the enthusiasm. You've got the passion at the beginning, and

you start. Then why stop? Why not just keep moving forward? Now, it's become a

kind of a real bug bear of mine over the last, maybe a year or so. To the point

that I've started really wondering why I have no problem getting motivated, even

on days that it's raining and I feel a bit slumpy, I can still decide to do
