And I think people get these things confused all the time.

The more inspired you are, the easier it is to be motivated, but you need to be motivated in order to be inspired.

We need to know the difference.

So I'm going to start there with the four different kinds of motivation that exists and how that works in order to effectuate.

The idea of motivation is to get up or to get back up, either one. And it's that simple. Motivation gets us up and it will

get us back up when we get knocked down. There's four kinds of motivation. The first is

extrinsic motivation, which is motivation that comes from the outside. Motivation somebody yelling at you, somebody telling you what they think of you.

The danger of extrinsic motivation is that a lot of times what motivates us is voting for what other people want for us.

And as you know, the danger of that is we end up getting what other people want for us and then resenting them for it.

But one methodology in athletics with coaches, with fans, the extrinsic circumstances that we put ourselves into gets us up or it can get us

back up. And so we can watch a movie, we can listen to music music we can get yelled at by our parents or any

other sort of extrinsic type of motivation if we rely on extrins expensive motivation outside sources to motivate us, we're at jeopardy of allowing them what to demotivate us, to create interference as void shortages and obstacles for what we want.
