It's the motivational minute 60 seconds of awesome sauce starting right now.

Focus.

I've heard that acronym once.

Focus stands for follow one course until successful.

And yeah, it's catchy, it's cute, you know, but it does really have some punch to it.

You know, we get so many messages every single day this is

a message that you're listening to and then you're going to get 300 other messages before you have

lunch today and a thousand more before dinner how do you get all that stuff and even do anything

sometimes too much information it just paralyzes you right Follow one course until successful or substitute the word course for path. Follow a path.

Pick one thing you're going to do today. You know, one thing you're going to knock out of the park today or at least create momentum with and do that. Okay.

Because if you're like most people, you're going to start texting and social media and email and maybe jump on a webinar and phone calls and things like that.

You're going to get distracted. You're going to be at the dinner table thinking, huh, I didn't get anything done.

It's such a large template of stuff I needed to knock out today. One thing. One thing. And by the way, can you keep it simple?

Don't tackle the Pythagorean theorem today

splitting atoms anything like that simple pick one thing focus on it get it done create momentum all right
