I'm so thankful to have had a good mother and still have a good mother.

She just relocated.

And I don't refer to my family and friends that have died in the past tense because they still are.

I know my dad, you saw him in the pictures there with him. They were married for 47 years, I guess.

And he went home to be with the Lord almost 20 years ago.

And so, but when he went, you know, he wasn't that old.

He wasn't even 70 years old.

And so it bothered me.

You may have heard me talk about some of that because I knew, you know, you could have longer than that.

And there were some things I wanted to do with my dad.

And I had, Phyllis and I were just getting to the place where we could do a few things financially for them.

It bothered me.

And the Lord corrected me in a time of prayer.

He said, Keith, the things you're talking about doing with your dad, and this would

apply to my mom too, said, some of the things that you want to do with him, you wanted to

do with him, you will yet get to do.

He said, your dad's not just in your past.

He's in your future.

Is that true?

You know, at homegoings, when people go home, this is the time when we really find out if we believe what

we say we believe right is heaven real is it true that we're going to see them again then we

should should not sorrow like those who have no hope now Now granted, you know, you may miss somebody.
