Summary

Josephine Funes Wentzal is "a mother you don't want to mess with," according to the San Diego prosecutor who is investigating the strangulation murder of 30-year-old Krystal Mitchell. Wentzal, a former homicide investigator is leading the way in searching for Raymond McLeod, an ex-Marine who allegedly fled to Central America after killing Mitchell.
