Our cases this week are devastating and they are heartbreaking. They are about parents,

charged with intentionally driving his car off the edge of a cliff with his wife and his two children

inside. The family miraculously survived the 200-foot drop, but prosecutors say that the man's

intent to kill was clear. But first, the tragic story of a Massachusetts mother who jumped out

a window in an attempt to kill herself after realizing what she had just done to her three

children. Police say that she strangled those babies. The father who came home to find the

carnage says his wife was suffering from severe postpartum depression and was in treatment
