What's up? Retrogrades and Parish Orphans. Most special episode of the show today

when I'm doing a little bit of celebrating. And the celebrating comes in the form of two books. The only two

books I've single authored are Catholic Republic and the case for

patriarchy, both with crisis publications, a special insignia, special imprint of Sophia Institute

Press for, I don't know, retrograde chic, which you might call reactionary chic books that are

revolutionary in scope, counter-revolutionary in scope. And these two books are the only two that

I've single authored. I've authored five total, but the other three are with co-authors.

I want to just first off thank Crisis

Publications, Charlie McKinney, Sophia Institute Press, all the good people over there,

Sarah, who's always helping out to get us on speaking tours and engagements.

And they contact recently my friend Michael Knowles

because I'm too embarrassed to call up a friend and say,

hey man, you're talking about Catholic Republic.

So good publicists over there, good president, good company. Catholic Republic and the case for

patriarchy are unique products that have, I think I'm sort of preaching to the choir,

both proven to be topics that were well ahead of their time. And you've heard me talk a lot in the last, I don't know, three years about the case for patriarchy.

You've seen the avalanche that this book started before people were just calling themselves anti-feminist.

I mean, there weren't many.

They're calling themselves anti-radicalist. I mean, there weren't many. They're calling

themselves anti-radical feminists. Think of like Kerry Gress. And they were all like, hey, we like

first wave feminism. First wave feminism is good. It's cool. But we're against radical feminism.
