It's IRL.

I had to go to physical therapy a few months ago because I busted up my shoulder.

This is one of the injuries you get if you move from city living and being at a computer for your whole life.

And then you move into the country and there

are like logs to move and split and just be aware of that in case you make that move at some point

it's a good chance you'll wind up in physical therapy i'm not guaranteeing it anyway that that's

where i've been and i actually really like it um yes you love it well's like personal training, except you're surrounded by 70 and 80-year-olds.

And you know what?

Every person that I talk to about how long your physical therapy session is.

It's a very long session.

They're shut.

About two hours.
