okay happy February 19th I hope you had a fabulous weekend I hope you're feeling well rested and

rejuvenated and ready to tackle literally whatever life throws at you this

week and I don't think that that's me asking too much of you. I really don't. I feel like weekends can either go one of two ways. It's either like you

feel so amazing afterwards and you know like that was that was exactly what I needed. Or you're like I need six more weekends to feel well rested and I get it no matter which end of the spectrum you're on I get it. Okay? I'm excited for this week's episode. We're talking about embarrassing moments. I asked you guys to write in with your

most embarrassing moments and you delivered. Some of them were so embarrassing. I

couldn't actually bring myself to read them a second time on the podcast. Like I

went through these. I scanned them to see which ones were super embarrassing and if you're a

person who suffers from secondhand embarrassment this episode is probably

going to be a little bit uncomfortable for you because it

was uncomfortable for me to read them so we're in it together we're all in this together

to quote the great Kenny Ortega of high school Musical, we are all in this together.

But before we get into these embarrassing moments, I have like quite literally a million things that I have to discuss with you.

I actually do have a good reason though Thursday and Friday I was just in my own world due to everything merch related. My

merch launched on Friday which was so exciting but Thursday and Friday were just
