0:39.8	Today, Greg Rosenthal of NFL Network is going to join me later on to talk about the things that are still confusing us the most about the NFL so far through three weeks.
0:51.1	But first, I want to talk to you about something that is not confusing or shouldn't be confusing in what we like to call Bill's Blackboard.
1:00.9	I want to talk to you about the Derek Henry quote that Jerry Jones put out there earlier this
1:07.7	week after the Cowboys got blown out, blown out early in the game by Derek Henry and the Ravens offense.
1:14.1	Of course, they did get better later on. They threw on a pretty bad Ravens past defense,
1:17.6	but Ravens overpowered the Cowboys, a team that has struggled to stop the run, and a team that has struggled to run the ball.
1:24.6	And Jerry Jones, after this game game that's the only owner for some
1:28.3	reason who gives like regular press conferences after games said the cowboys didn't sign derrick
1:33.6	henry because they could not afford him and this seemed very curious to me as someone who
1:40.8	pays attention to the finances of the National Football League because
1:44.2	Derek Henry is making $9 million this year. He has a cap hit of $5.1 million. Most of his
1:50.7	money is an assigning bonus. So the Cowboys, we'll start with the cap side of things here.
1:56.6	If it was strictly the cap element of things, the Cowboys could have fit that in by restructuring Trevon Diggs's $11 million-based salary.
2:04.1	They don't even have to restructure the whole thing.
