I always like to say that every story is its own adventure, not because it's obviously a new story, but mostly because the process of writing

each individual novel is always different from all of those that came before.

Wayfair, which is still in revision phases,

getting ready for a publication next year.

With that one, I found for the first time in my life that I worked as

quickly as possible even setting word count goals, something I had adamantly

avoided in all previous books. This time around as I'm working on my portal fantasy sequel

Dreambreaker I'm finding a return to my previous more leisurely pace is working

out just fine. For the time being I haven't needed the added incentive of my working out

optimal word counts every 15 minutes in order to churn out optimal word counts every day.

Taking it just a little slower, resting in the word choices, and enjoying the narrative

progression is the order of the day right now, and I'm loving it. The latest post on my blog is six questions to ask to choose the right
