And we did an episode last year in our biblical mindset series on the biblical approach to

handling emotions, but because this is such a struggle for so many of us as women and maybe you didn't catch that episode. I want to revisit some of those principles,

plus give you kind of a part two. If you did catch that episode, there are some things we didn't cover

that I'd like to hit on in this week's episode.
