Hi everybody, I am David Butler.

I'm Emily Freeman.

We are here. I don't miss this. I almost said we are don't miss this, but we are not this is.

And we're so glad you're here. This is week one of our summer of heroes.

So if you're just kind of jumping into this, we just thought, man, we want to do something to kind of, it's a little bit different.

That's fun and light and just something to study and think about heroes from the book of Alma throughout the entire summer.

Because there's so many good ones.

So each week we're going to introduce a hero, what their power for a scripture is, and then one small experience that you can do together in a group by yourself or with a family that kind of like has to do with that hero to help you remember what their lesson is and what they are a hero for.

So we are super excited about that. It's just so exciting.

Usually just one hero a week except for sometimes there was three heroes and one week in particular that you might have figured out already.

Because last week we were having a contest to see who could figure out like you won who won the cruise.

We're just getting a giveaway of cruise.

What the bracelet meant the MMLX. Did you figure it out?

So if you haven't had one yet or you don't know what we're talking about, we have these bracelets and they look like this, but there's going to be words on them.

There are these stretchy bands. And by words he means letters.

Oh letters. And so in the newsletter you can go and see we've got the poster or printout you can print any size for summer of heroes that you can put up in your house and like list the heroes.

And then you can get one of these bands if you want and they say on them we put this in the newsletter last week.
