0:00.0	What exactly did you promise to do when you enter the waters of baptism?
0:06.0	What does that covenant entail?
0:09.0	And how are we doing with that?
0:11.0	Let's look at chapter 18, and we're going to pick up our story at the waters of Mormon,
0:17.0	with Alma, teaching this group of people who, by the time we get to the end of the chapter is going to end up with
0:23.0	450 people. So this is a significant size. Look at chapter 18. We're going to start in verse 8.
0:31.2	And it came to pass that he, that's Alma, he said unto them, behold, here are the waters of Mormon, for thus were they called.
0:40.1	And now as ye are, let's list these. Here are the steps. So the precursor to entering into this
0:46.4	covenant, A, you are desirous to enter into this fold, to come into the fold of God.
0:57.0	And your desire is to, so enter the fold,
1:02.0	your desirous to be called the children of God,
1:06.0	you're willing now to bear one another's burdens that they may be light. You're willing to mourn with those
1:20.6	that mourn and to comfort those that stand in need of comfort. So far so good, right? It's we have these desires
1:29.6	to come into the fold of God, be called, called his people. These three things, it's kind
1:37.9	of hard. We're not perfect at that, but it's doable. We can keep working with this. And
1:43.8	then he throws this in here. And to stand as a witness,
1:49.2	or to stand as witnesses of God. So we're going to be a witness of God at all times, in all things,
2:01.6	and in all things, and in all places that we may be.
2:11.6	How long?
2:13.6	Even until death.
2:16.6	Hmm.
2:18.3	That's kind of a significant thing because the word all implies what?
