not long before we came on air. Russia saying that Ukraine has fired long-range US-supplied missiles

into the country. Just two days after the Biden administration changed its policy to allow Ukraine to use these weapons.

They're called attackams, army tactical missile systems, to hit targets deep inside Russia.

The Ukrainian military has said it did strike an ammunition depot in the Briansk region north of Ukraine.

It's about 100 kilometres inside Russia.

It hasn't said specifically what weapons it use.

But the New York Times website, citing U.S. and Ukrainian officials, says that they were indeed attackams.
