Moscow Murders update episode it's a relatively quick one because I don't want to fall

too far behind in the current news cycle,

which is so easy to do with active cases like these where there are so many

constant press releases, conferences, and updates.

Those of you who have been listening for a while probably know my backstory a little bit and

I'm not gonna lie. I'm kind of struggling finding my way this season as well.

It's getting easier as time goes on, but I definitely decided to take a week off to practice self-care.
