I'm your host, retired NYPD Sergeant Bill Cannon, a 27-year veteran of the NYPD.

Before we get into the subject that matters tonight, well, everything

matters, but we have a sad note. And I know Dutty Ron covered this the other night,

but our engineer, our friend, our advisor, Josh Hernandez, passed away unexpectedly. And I knew Josh for a little bit more than two

years as a friend, as an advisor, as our computer engineer. He was just an amazing guy. And I just

want to say, I surely will miss him a great deal, as will a lot of the people that are friends and fans and subscribers of police off the cuff as well as duty run show.

May you rest in peace, Josh.

Tonight, November 13th, 2023, is the one-year anniversary

of the Idaho students who were murdered in their beds at 1122 King Road.

Kaley Gonzalez, Madison Mogan, Zana Kanoodle, and Ethan Chapin.

And tonight what we're going to do is try to celebrate their lives

and how their deaths have affected their families,

their friends, their school.

And of course, what this means in regards to this case going forward.

What are the chances of a conviction in this case? How strong is the evidence in this case?

These are some of the things we'll look at, as well as the family members, how they've dealt with this

over the last year, something that is really difficult to deal with so folks hang on to your hat
