Tonight, I want to talk to you about magnificent mortality. Kind of an oxymoron, like jumbo shrimp. What's so magnificent about mortality? Well, I'm glad you asked. We're going to talk about it tonight.

We're in Ecclesiastes Chapter 3, 18 through 22.

We're doing a series through Ecclesiastes.

And so tonight is no different.

But I want to talk to you about a story from when I was a kid. I had this dog named Nala. Nala was a Rott Riler. She was huge. And I had this friend that lived across the street. And I can't remember her name for the life of me, but you'll find out why.

She was a girl, and I was young, so I wasn't, like, into her or nothing. It was just, like, my friend that was a girl.

And we had a ton of fun hanging out outside.

When we didn't hang out outside, we'd go into her house.

Her favorite show was Cat Dog, if you know what Cat Dog is.

It's a show on Nickelodeon where this pet was half dog, half cat.

And it's a great show.

And we watched that all the time.

I remember there was a moment where our relationship completely stopped, completely changed.

But it was a moment when her cat went behind my fence and Nala, who doesn't know her own strength,

like played with her cat and like broke the cat's neck. And from that moment, that girl hated me.
