There is a 28-year-old guy who is named Kevin Brownlee, and he is from Luz, Delaware.

He was driving when another guy tailed him until he stopped and then went up to the SUV to tell Kevin,

Hey Kevin, you're driving recklessly.

Kevin tried to punch the guy in the face, but the guy reached into Kevin's SUV to block it.

Then his arm got stuck.

And then, when he got it loose, he fell down.

Kevin threw the SUV in reverse and tried to run the guy over. The guy got out of the way, but then kept following Kevin. These guys are nuts. The two of them.

Kept following Kevin until they got to Kevin's house. At which point, Kevin went inside, grabbed his gun, and shot the guy.

The guy was taken to the hospital with a gunshot wound in his arm

Kevin was arrested in charge with attempted murder possession of a deadly firearm and a felony

reckless endangerment and criminal mischief this was all posted by the Delaware state police
