Fondalak, Wisconsin is a very nice place and it's inhabited by very nice people except for one dirtbag.

A serial arsonist was charged this week after using underwear to set people's homes on fire.

Police say 43-year-old Michael Miller attempted to start

a dozen fires over the last 18 months, including at least five in March. He told cops he'd like to

steal underwear from laundromats and to use it to start fires. Apparently, he also likes to use

bras. And he mentioned that he was

wearing women's underwear when the police interviewed him. It's not clear what his motive was,

but apparently the homes were picked at random, and luckily, it sounds like nobody was harmed.

The police searched his phone, and they found one photo of a fire, along with a ton of pornography.

And this guy is such a dirtbag, he had child pornography.

He's facing a ton of charges, 11 counts of arson, three counts of burglary, five counts

of what we just told you about, and more.

I just don't know what to say.

The guy is just a bad dude, and I'll tell you what,

arson is in a very, very serious crime and can get you 20 years. He's done it like 11 times.

There's so many levels of deviant perversion here. I know. You know, arson, very, not always,

but arson can be a very sexual crime.
