And I'm T.J. Holmes. How are you doing this morning, a bit? I'm a little tired. You're so just a little tired? I always wonder they would always discourage it. sorry, right?

You're not supposed to open up saying, good morning, guys.

I'm just not feeling it today.

Yeah, you know what?

I think we already have, everyone I think can understand when you've got busy work weeks like we all do.

And then when you choose for fun to travel to run a half marathon with no days off in between, yeah, you're going to

probably feel a little pain on Monday morning. And that's where I am today. How about you?

Oh, I'm great. I'm fine. Everything is wonderful. That's amazing. Great way. I do. I wonder, though, with the audience rather here, okay, it's okay, man. We all have those kind of days. We're going to get through this together or shut the hell up and give me my news. I don't care how you feel it.

Well, I do believe in transparency. And I do, I do appreciate that this being able to be on a podcast maybe versus

a network broadcast where you have to feign, enthusiasm, and excitement and cheeriness all the

time might not even land for some folks. So I, I appreciate authenticity. We're here. We're

showing up. We're here and we're good. We actually are good. We had a great,

great weekend, actually, but it did cause us to lose a lot, a few pounds and our pride, even in one

incident we might tell you about later. But welcome, welcome to this morning run after a weekend

and running for us. But we're going to be making stops this morning in the DRC and Washington State. The Netherlands making a stop in Idaho today as well. Also in Austin, Texas. We'll make a dip down to Louisiana. And we'll make a stop at the box office as well. But let's start roads with the update. It seems every day there's something a little more alarming, if you will, about what's happening with

Ebola. That's correct. So that is exactly where we begin our Monday morning run. At least

six Americans were exposed to Ebola in this now current outbreak impacting the Democratic Republic

of Congo. There are at least 350 suspected cases right now and 89 deaths connected
