And I'm T.J. Holmes, and I don't know how loud it is, the sounds around us, but we are

recording our podcast this morning, this morning, Ron. How many feet is that from the ocean? Steps Away from the Ocean. We are steps away. Yes, we told you all previously. We're in our Caribbean Bureau and the good folks here at our home, I guess we should say. Don't you love when they greet you? Welcome home. Welcome home. That's the best. But they are allowing us to use

the prime spot on the grounds here. And we are watching a gorgeous, gorgeous sunrise. Yes,

this is where the DJ performs normally on Friday nights, Saturday nights here. So we've got the

platform above the ocean to do our morning run. And this is as gorgeous of a morning run as we've ever done,

but happy Friday to you all.
