Guaranteed Human. Morning Run with Amy and T.J. An I-Heart Radio podcast. Good morning, everyone. Welcome to Morning Run. It is Thursday. February 26th. I'm Amy Robach. And I'm T.J. Holmes, as always, top right corner of your Apple podcast app, a little button that says follow, click that, subscribe. You can always get our updates coming to you. We mentioned that first because there's a lot going on these days, a lot of updates. And even if you look at our feed now, if you go back to the one before this, Roves, there was an update having to do with the Epstein files and President Trump that we probably needed to hop on and let folks know what was going on. Yeah, that was a big headline pretty much when you woke up, when we woke up this morning that there are three missing files specifically among several

0:47.7

dozen that point to allegations that Trump had been accused of some type of sexual misconduct. And so those missing

0:57.3

files are now, we're now asking the DOJ, especially Democrats, on the House Oversight Committee,

1:02.9

asking why they were not released and where they are. So yes, take a look at that. Check out

1:08.5

the episode right before this morning run. but we will get going on this run.

1:12.2

Going to be making stops in Rhode Island, in Los Angeles, in upstate New York, and Washington Square Park in Manhattan, specifically, and also making a stop out in Park City, Utah.

1:22.3

But we have to begin the run this morning. I want to give you a couple of updates, actually, on some things happening today. First,

1:27.8

the Clintons, they're scheduled to give in-person depositions before the House Committee

1:31.5

investigating Jeffrey Epstein. And Hillary Clinton is up first. That happens today. Former President

1:36.9

Clinton is scheduled to testify on Friday tomorrow. Now, these closed-door depositions

1:42.5

will happen at a location near the Clinton's home in

1:46.0

Chappaquin, New York. Yes, they will be filmed. They will be transcribed. Unclear, though, when we might

1:51.9

be seeing those release to the public. Remember, the House committee threatened to hold the

1:56.9

Clinton's in contempt of Congress if they refused to show up for these depositions. There was a short public standoff before the Clintons finally said, okay, and this was the compromise,

2:05.6

but it's happening today. Also happening today, testimony is scheduled to resume in the Corey

2:10.5

Richens murder trial. We had a bit of a surprise yesterday. Court was unexpectedly and

2:15.8

abruptly stopped pretty early within an hour into testimony.

2:21.2

Yeah, and Riches is the Utah mother of three charged in the 2023 poisoning death of her husband.

2:26.8

But then she wrote a children's book after his death meant to help kids, herds in particular,

2:32.9

but to help kids deal with the grief of losing

2:35.4

a parent. And the trial began this week yesterday, though, just an hour into the day's
