Heads are spinning in D.C. after a bill to keep the government running is stopped in its tracks.

Trump and his buddy Elon are taking the blame as we're just one day away from a shutdown.

Also this morning in a pretty stunning change of heart, House committee will release the much-talked-about ethics report on

former Congressman Matt Gates. He responded to the news with a thinly veiled threat.

The alleged health care CEO shooter is in court this morning in Pennsylvania. He could be

on his way back to New York by this afternoon. Also, the markets take a beating, the likes of which we haven't seen in 50 years after the Fed

cuts interest rates, but it came with a caveat.

Plus new concerns over the bird flu after the CDC announces the first severe case of

illness linked to the virus that patient is in critical condition this morning.

And one month from today, TikTok is scheduled to be shut down in the U.S.,

but the Supreme Court has now stepped in and could save the day for 170 million TikTok users.

And give it away, give it away, give it away now.

Did I do that right?

It was, at least I went for it. The effort was there. We're

talking about McKenzie Scott, yet billions are burning a hole in her pocket apparently,

and she keeps getting rid of it and is setting a new standard in philanthropy.

Yeah, it was chili peppers, right? Yes, give it away, give it away, give it away now.

She made me think of that, but this is pretty incredible what McKenzie Scott is doing with her billions over the past several years.
