This morning routine will help us find meaning and enjoyment out of the mundane things in life, the things that often take up most of our time.

We'll take the next few minutes to get out of bed,

First things first. Open your eyes if you haven't done that already.

waking up. These are our routines and habits and they take up most of scale like the process of getting ready for bed or

raising a child or building a company. Over time it's natural to get a little bored with the process because it tends to be repetitive.
