Hey, this is Politics by Faith. I'm Mike Slater. This is our shorter version of the podcast, our short daily version. We don't have a name for it yet. We're a couple of four days in now. Can we come up with the name? Please. The idea is to listen to this in the morning, the pick me up, the motivation. More than that, though, it's to get your head right, your heart right, so you can be a better consumer of the news, give you the

proper posture and perspective as you embark upon the day. So to start off these shorter morning

versions, and they're all going to be less than five minutes, we're doing a series here of the five

biggest lies in our culture today. The five biggest lies of our culture, this worldview that we are all living in

and many people, most people, I have known no different. This is the soup I've been raised in my

entire life and it is nothing but lies. Lie number one, life is random. Lie number two, truth is relative.

Lie number three, man is basically good. Now, if those three things are believed, which most people do, then the highest virtue,

and this is line number four, the highest virtue is tolerance. You also see this as being nice.

The highest good is to be nice, to be tolerant.

You do you.

I won't judge.

I won't ever have judgment or use judgment in any way.

I want to be nice.

I want peace.
