Good morning. Welcome to the morning motivation. Mike Slater. Thanks for being here. So we're talking

about remembering this week, the importance of remembering. The Bible tells you to do it all the time,

so we might as well figure out exactly what this is all about, what it means. So yesterday we shared

a story of George Washington and how wisdom leads to calmness. He was looking forward to the calm that comes from philosophy, love of wisdom.

And that's all fine, but how do you do that Slater when you're in the thick of it?

How do you do it when you're in the middle battle?

Because George Washington was talking about how he looks forward to when all this is done,

as war's over, and I can find that calmness.

But how do you find calmness in the battle?

Deuteronomy, 16.3.
