Good morning. Welcome to the morning motivation. So excited for this week of episodes. We're talking about why bad things happen. So this will be easy to figure out. We're talking about suffering. How do we think about suffering? First, it's good to ask these questions. Why do bad things happen?

There's different kinds of suffering.

There's suffering that comes from you making really bad choices.

And there's suffering that comes from wars and suffering from natural disasters
