House Bill 3913 would establish an executive office for missing and murdered black females that would for one thing keep track of the numbers it would also create what sponsors are calling the Ebony alert modeled after the amber alert a A white woman is missing and she's got the, you know,

blonde hair blue eyes, that kind of thing.

The media attention is out of this world.

But if a black woman goes missing, it's death ears.

Never mind the overt discrimination necessary to deploy one of these Ebony alerts.

It's already been implemented in California.
