And apparently Romney, a handful of other GOP elites like Bill Crystal and Ben Sass are conducting private polling, raising funds, recruiting potential third party candidates in their efforts to ignore the will of view the GOP voters.

In fact, these Republicans are so desperate to outtrump Trump. They've even reached out to billionaire in reality TV star Mark Cuban to see if he would be interested in running third party.

Now, according to the Post, Nebraska Senator Ben Sass and John Kasich are among the top favorites for a third party run.

Now, considering Romney lost the 2012 election, maybe he should sit this one out.
