Now Skotis will be adopting a code of ethics in response to lavish gifts and sumptuous trips.

To the casual onlooker, this will serve as a deep state stamp on the Justice Thomas is a villain narrative.

But Senator Ted Cruz broke down exactly who this new code will affect.

It's not so much our nation's second ever black Scottish justice

as it is the others on the bench.

The purpose of this subpoena is there is a concerted smear campaign directed at Justice Thomas.

And so you've seen the stories about Justice Thomas flew on a private plane.

Justice Thomas was the guest at the vacation home of a billionaire, and so he must be corrupt. It is utterly and completely

hypocritical. If you look at the numbers from 2004 to 2018, the justices disclosed, how many trips do you think they took, the nine justices?

They travel a lot.

Six of the Supreme Court's nine members received paid trips to Europe in 2014, including Berlin, London, Zurich.

Justice Stephen Breyer was repeatedly flowed around by the billionaire Pritzker family from Chicago, by the way,

Justice Sotomayor likewise flew all over the place.

Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg flew all over the praise. Justice

Breyer took more reimbursed trips, 219, than any other member from 2004 to 2018.

Well, well, looks like the tattletales at ProPublica ruined it for the whole court,

especially their progressive comrades.
