want people like the Ramycas out. The Ramyca family has entered the country lawfully they've

been here lawfully for 15 years they want to stay here fully and there's a way to make that

happen so this is not a case other than a family following the rule of law which is what we

have in the United States as you well know and wanting to continue the follow the rule of

law to stay here. The original immigration judge did find that it was you know there was a

proper asylum claim they found that the Ramyca family did have a well-founded fear of persecution

based on their you know participation in a particular social category that being homeschoolers

you know the Obama administration appealed that to the Board of Immigration Appeals that appeal court

agreed with them as did the Sixth Circuit and the Supreme Court denied it so you know we agree with

you we think this is in fact in a asylum case we do think they have a well-founded fear as we

testified you know organization testified to that back when this was ongoing before the trial

courts and I mean I can tell you today I talked to families today that have fear in Germany

and you know the the fight there the persecution there is very real as it you know today as it was

15 years ago maybe if they leave and reenter through the wide open southern border they'll not only
