Loving kindness is a really powerful way to generate positive emotions toward other people and yourself too.

It helps both with receiving and giving love, and I think you're going to feel great after this.

We've taken similar approaches to meditation before on the show, so nothing will come as a surprise.

Now let's get right to it.

So find a comfortable seat anywhere in your home will do.

Just try not to sit in bed, because we don't want to go back to sleep at this point.

And once you found that seat, just take a second to get situated. You want to be comfortable and you want to
