that will help you find interest and joy in anything. Ample evidence supports

But we often get so bogged down in the hassles and struggles and to-does that we miss the many intriguing miracles happening all the time.

This meditation will help you notice those little miracles, and we'll do that by getting interested in the things we often overlook.

Our breath, our body, the air on our skin.

If you can find these simple routine things interesting and enjoyable, then surely you can apply these

So let's get started. Find a comfortable seat anywhere in your home.

Just don't sit in your bed.

Once you found that seat, take a second to get comfortable.

You want to be sitting upright, but try not to hold on to any tension.

Allow yourself to relax into this position.

Take a deep breath in, filling all the way into your belly.

And then exhale and slowly close your eyes. Just settle in here to begin with. Allow your face to soften. Drop your jaw and release your tongue from the roof of your mouth.

Soften your shoulders down and just follow the natural rise and fall of your breath. Yes. Oh, All right, now that you're settled in, keep your attention on your breath, but focus on the air
