If you're still in bed, then I'd recommend starting with yesterday's

Connection and loneliness are a bit odd because they are largely emotional and subjective.

We've all probably had a moment where we're surrounded by a ton of people, yet we still

feel alone. Or the inverse, being with a single person,

but feeling extremely connected,

or even feeling that when you're by yourself.

Because it's an emotional thing, it has to do with our thought patterns.

And by addressing our thought patterns, we can actually help it pretty quickly.

So that's what we'll do in our meditation today.

We'll cultivate positive feelings of connection

and we'll encourage new thoughts

of seeking out more positive connection in your life.
