My fellow Americans, this is Liberation Day, waiting for a long time.

April 2nd, 2025 will forever be remembered as the day American industry was reborn,

the day America's destiny was reclaimed, and the day that we began to make America wealthy again.

Gonna make it wealthy, good and wealthy.

For decades, our country has been looted, pillaged, raped, and plundered by nations near and far,

both friend and foe alike.

This is one of the most important days, in my opinion,

in American history. It's our declaration of economic independence. Tariffs have also led to

political decimation. When McKinley, most famously put tariffs on in 1890, they lost 50% of their seats in the next election.

When Hotsmoly put on new tariff in the early 1930s, we lost the House and the Senate for 60 years.

So they're not only bad economically, they're bad politically.
