Guilty on all charges was the verdict rendered after 10 hours of deliberations for

former Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin, who killed a black man named George Floyd

on May 25th of last year by kneeling on his neck for nine minutes and 29 seconds.

Chauvin's bond was revoked, and he was immediately remanded to custody at the Oak Park

Heights Correctional Facility, where he will spend the next eight weeks awaiting sentencing.

He faces up to 40 years in prison.
