world and possesses the ability in the words of Robert F. Kennedy to bend history itself.

And today, Ukraine's president, democracy's spiritual leader,

delivers a rare joint message to Congress, thanking them for their support and asking them

for more, more weapons, more planes, and a no-fly zone that would likely lead to the Third World War.

But first, more on that address, that Ukraine's stoic wartime leader, President Volodymyr Zelensky,

will make virtually to both chambers of the U.S. Congress this morning.

Zelensky is expected to thank lawmakers for the $13.6 billion in aid already passed on the hill

and make the case for even more assistance.

The Ukrainian president has been relentless in his calls for NATO to enforce a no-fly zone over his country and is pleading

for fighter jets in the war against Russia. So far, the U.S. has refrained from granting either
