Hello friends, welcome to the ancient health podcast. I'm your host Dr. Chris Motley.

Today we're going to have a nice, short, simple podcast about the subject matter of diarrhea, especially morning time diarrhea,

0:41.8

but if you suffer from the constant urge to have to go and take a bowel movement or have a

0:47.1

bowel movement and it's always in a liquid form or it's changing back and forth between

0:52.1

loose tools and diarrhea, it can be one of those things that

0:56.3

could sometimes be very, of course, aggravating, but sometimes embarrassing. I know many people

1:02.3

in my family, I myself, when I had Lyme disease, would suffer from the urge to go, especially

1:08.5

in the middle of the day when I'm treating patients. So any of you guys out there that have this or have had it understand that is pretty important. But in this

1:16.6

podcast, I wanted to talk about some of the things in your stress body that you need to look out

1:35.4

nourish your small intestine, and help repair so that you can help yourself with this

1:40.2

urgency to go.

1:42.4

And you will find yourself having more control over your bowel movements if you

1:45.5

nourish the intestines with more energy. Also, let's talk about a couple herbs. I have a few in my repertoire that I really like. I like V-I-D-A-N-G-A, V-D-A-V-D-A-S-R-R-N-S-Preme, which really helps with staff. I love Morinda, which is NONI, but you can spell it M-O-R-I-N-D-A, Vendaga Supreme, which really helps with staff. I love Morinda, which is NON-E, but you can spell it M-O-R-I-N-D-A, Morinda Supreme. It's very, very good with cleaning up so many different types of infections, especially mycoplasma, E-Colai, and H. Pylori. I also do like Golden Thread which is Chinese coptist, but golden thread. And I love

2:20.4

my homeopathics. I love Desbio's GI Distress. It is one of my favorite. GI distress and one called

2:26.4

Disbio for dysbiosis. Those two have done tremendous work with individuals that had the urgency to go.

2:33.4

So if you suffered from this or your family
