Hi, everybody. Welcome to Mormonism Live and our fifth anniversary special. Can you imagine it's been five years, five Mormonism Live packed years, since the first episode, which was actually five years ago yesterday when we did not have a show. So we wanted to celebrate it today.

It's not too late, I hope.

But it was December 9th, 2020.

And today's date is December 10th, 2025.

Happy fifth, Bill.

We were just coming out of COVID, huh?

2020 was a crazy year with COVID happening.

And, you know, of course, it ran into 2021, of course, as well.

But at least we felt like we had a pretty decent hold of it by the end of 2020.

But yeah, we started a show.

You and I had a conversation about trying to create a show live where you and I would talk about topics and it would be sort of like our phone calls, which I always find very interesting. And we started

it back then. And here we are five years later. Happy fifth anniversary to you. Yeah. And we're not

like doing a lot of reruns, you know, like a TV show might be doing,

at least when I grew up and had TV.

They had reruns back then.

But anyway, yeah, we're doing basically 50 episodes a year, if not 51 or 52.

Yeah, every week, we show up to take on some new topic, interview some person with something

going on, go into some deep dive in history, talk about something that the church has done recently.

But so far, it hasn't grown stale.

We haven't run out of things to talk about.

And I've actually got several episodes for the next month or so planned.

And that's 250 plus episodes.
