2024. And today we're going to be answering the question, what happens when your identity as a Mormon woman explodes?

0:14.0

Your identity as a human being, as a wife, as a spouse, as a mother, as a non-student or a student, what happens when you go through a faith transition and you have to kind of reconstruct all of it, including being a mom.

1:17.4

intention? I have kind of two intentions. One's a little more outward facing and the other one is

1:24.1

inward. Outwardly, I felt very validated by listening to Mormon stories

1:30.0

and other people's stories, and I wanted to share that validation with others, especially women,

1:36.4

especially moms. I think a faith deconstruction can uproot everything about your life, everything you think about your life,

1:46.6

everything you think about yourself. And to validate that it's hard, but being able to make

1:54.4

choices for yourself for the first time is amazing, even if it's when you're 30.

2:00.9

And to start out with wearing a tank top or trying that coffee, but also realizing that
