And today we are joined by our, who I like to call our resident lawyer. He also grew up Mormon and left the church.

Yes. So I was sent this article actually by Preacher Boys, someone who we just covered

the whole Dugger incident with. There has been Colty News popping up left and right. And of course,

it's awful and we wish we didn't have to do it. But here we are yet again for another Colty

news. And this time it goes all the way up to the judge level

which maybe i'm naive but i guess i was a little shocked by this is this something that you

frequently see happening religious bias in the courtroom um i wouldn't say i've been really

familiar with cases of religious bias.

I mean, it does come up from time to time, just how to navigate religion in the courtroom,

for sure.

But no, this is one of the first complaints I've seen alleging like this level of religious

bias.
