1:25.0	Has passed a bill in their state legislature that is blocking LGBT protections that have been passed on the city and local level.

1:38.0	So, you know, cities will do this.
1:38.6	They'll say, hey, we want to allow for some LGBT protections in housing or workplace or whatever.
1:46.7	Mostly what happens is cities say hey we're good we're like nice people living in a state full of assholes.
