Has passed a bill in their state legislature that is blocking LGBT protections that have been passed on the city and local level.

They'll say, hey, we want to allow for some LGBT protections in housing or workplace or whatever.

Mostly what happens is cities say hey we're good we're like nice people living in a state full of assholes.
