So looking for reaction to this Kyle Tucker deal with the Dodgers, the four years, $240 million, came across a few interesting things.

One, Chris Rose, I know Al likes a lot, does a podcast show on YouTube with Trevor Plouf, who spent much of his career in Minnesota.

So I thought it would be interesting to get Plouf's reaction to this.

Here's part one.

People are so mad online and they're mad at me, they're mad at everybody. Unless you're a Dodger fan, you're pissed off right now. I'm like, I sort of get it. And I can understand why he gets it. Then he goes into this whole thing about how, yes, the Dodgers have rich ownership, but it's their TV deal. It sets them apart more than any other team.

And so he says it's that, but he also says playing for the Dodgers is second to none based on

conversations he's out with others that have been out there.

I don't think it is a level playing field, but you are right.

It's not like they just outspend everybody.

We talk about that all the time with the Dodgers.

They do everything exceptionally well. and then he went into player development and the

stadium and the um the front office and that's just a great place to be so whatever that's where

he decides to go closer to home there's this idea that maybe coming to the meds or the yankees

or this area is not so great

anymore. The Mike Francesa podcast went in that direction. New York doesn't offer, you got

crazies like me who couldn't even think of not living here. It's just ingrained in me.

But our quality of life is not what it used to be in New York.

Let's be honest. And a lot of people look down on it. Yeah. I mean, New Yorkers made me so happy.

And everybody knows how I'm the happiest man out there. Everybody says, Mike, you're so nice, you're so kind. Why are you so happy? And it's because of New York. And I could never leave here because it makes me so happy. Doesn't he like to sit in the sunshine? Yeah, just at Saratoga. That's what I like to do. You know, I like some Chris Mara, Leigh-Ein-Sidler, the Pope. Several other people will sit behind me at Saratoga, noted politicians, and Marco Rubio, he's back there. And I'm in front there. I'm in front of those guys. I'm in the sun. Those guys like the shape. You know, they like to shape. Me, I like to be a little bit closer, pay more money for the seats, be more important, and have the sunshine on my face.

Because that's what people, my nickname is Sunshine, as you know, because that's what I am.

Provide light and happiness and warmth to everybody I meet. I could never leave him.

It just makes me the man who I am, which is the nicest man in the world.
