It's a health scare. When Jim Davis texted out or I got an email or something, you had a heart attack, I laughed out a lot. I go, no, not this guy. This is like a, you know, a joke. Because, one, you're incredibly fit and you're young in our eyes, Jim. They're very young. And I was in better shape then than I am now. Really? Yeah. I mean, leading up to it, I was going to CrossFit six days a week. What? And on top of that, I had a goal of rowing 100,000 meters in the month of December. So, I mean, I was extremely active. I tried to get 5,000 meters a day. A week, actually, a week. I was going for the 100,000 meter challenge. Well, there's people listening right now and going, well, that's why you had a heart attack. Yes. That's exactly what some people are thinking. This is what happens. Don't get too healthy. And how old were you when you had the heart attack? 44. Don't ask me. I do the math now. Yeah, it wasn't that. I was 18 months ago. I was 44. Yeah. Okay. Walk us back. Let's hear this story. So it was Sunday morning. I'm a pastor. I was preaching. And we have two services. And I can, there were really no warning signs before this. |
