And whoever wrote at this time is calling it the quote unquote last chance to pay.

So they are anting up here.

And now the sender claims payment could reveal the identity of Nancy Guthrie's kidnapper.

That's what this person claimed previously.

Is this a desperate hoaxer or someone who knows something very real?
