So last hour I gave you the Howie Rose clips from the final out and kind of the state of where the Mets are at.

This is now during the game yesterday, the second game.

I believe it was 3-0 at this point in the fourth inning.

Might have been the third, whatever it was.

This was Ron and Gary on S&Y.

It starts with Ron Darling talking about something he noticed about Carlos Mendoza after the 3-1 loss.

In between games, Carlos Mendoza was inferring that, inferring that he didn't appreciate

the effort in the first game, you know?

He needed more, and it's a real tough thing to mention that because the first thing people

go, well, you're in charge of that.

That's not completely true. It's on the players and so the conversation about the players would continue

and gary would jump in when you say that it it indicts all well it's a shot across the bow yeah and

like wake up you know this is a meritocracy.

There are no scholarships at the big league level, particularly for a team that has one of the highest payrolls in the history of baseball.

And then this last clip, as it continued, a little bit on the longer Anyway, he's basically inferring that Mendoza

and he starts turning over some tables or something.

He wants to keep his job.

I know that managing is a much more delicate operation

than it used to be.

But at some point, you got to call people out.

You do have to call people out and uh you know the problem is
