news that Nancy Pelosi is going to not retire, but she's going to sort of step back and

take a sort of semi leadership role in the democratic house to manage her succession

or something like that. I don't know. I need more time to look into it. It's a load

of crap. Just get out. She doesn't want to spend any more time with her husband than

her husband probably wants to spend with her, apparently. But yeah, or family in general.

But whatever, people can't give up their power. If it turns out to be true, I'm just

looking at this story from Puck News. We're running out of good news for news organizations

like Punchbowl News and Puck News. Nancy Pelosi will walk out of the house floor and take

her final bow after 19 years as head of the democratic caucus with a speech about passing

the torch from one generation to the next. I'm told, but instead of riding into retirement

as has long been assumed or becoming ambassador to Italy, a diplomatic posting the White House

has been holding open for her. Pelosi will announce that she plans to stay in Congress

as a back venture roaming the halls in a sort of emeritus role in helping guide Democrats

through their turn in the minority. Oh, the height of arrogance. How could they survive

without me? You know, that's fine. Keep her around. Who cares? Beats having young blood

in their old blood. See, when she ultimately resigns or whatever, there'll be an extra

seat. There'll be a time where they have to have a special election. They can't appoint

...
